Medical Transcription
We draw on our experience of providing services to twenty-eight (28) existing and previous VA Medical Centers to help fulfill the medical transcription needs. We are best known for our customer service. The phone is manned by office personnel during office hours and we promptly respond to e-mails. During after hours, e-mail coverage responsibility switches over to one of our Quality Assurance Department locations which is off-site and is an exact replica of the capabilities and quick response time as our office. You will never know the difference! In effect, we are available online and offline for you always.
A major factor that distinguishes VMTS from other medical transcription companies is that work is carefully allocated to experienced specialists or expert transcriptionists who have affinity to particular doctors and specialties. Over time, this helps build a dedicated team of transcriptionists who find work quite easy as they become quite familiar and attuned with the doctors’ dialect and naturally results in high quality files. So it is a win-win situation for both our clients and employees. This makes us stand out among the crowd. TAT or turnaround time is adhered to very strictly. Our motto, “The right job in the right hands at the right time to achieve the right results.”
We will use our experience of providing services to twenty-eight (28), current and past, VA Medical Centers to help fulfill the medical transcription needs. We are known for our customer service. The phone is always answered by office personnel during the time that the office is open and e-mails are answered promptly. When the office is closed, e-mail coverage responsibility transfers to one of our Quality Assurance Department locations which is off-site and has all the same capabilities and quick response time as our office.
A major factor that distinguishes VMTS from other medical transcription companies is that it assigns and staffs the accounts with transcriptionists based on areas of expertise and the client’s dictation, rather than work-pooling (the practice of assigning work to the first available transcriptionist, rather than the most experienced with a particular provider, specialty, or dialect). This method gives us the ability to match physicians and specialties to the most qualified transcriptionists, which enables our company to provide the clients with the best service with regard to quality and turnaround. In other words, “The right job in the right hands at the right time to achieve the right results.”
